Your Florida Villas are the most highly regarded Florida Villas in the industry. Here you are renting directly from the owners. None of these luxury private Florida Villas can be found on any comparison sites where commissions need to be paid thus increasing rental costs.
We only offer "Named Accommodation" you select your own villa and that is where you will stay; we do not offer any "allocation on arrival".
Our luxury Florida Villas offer beautiful executive class accommodation from three bedroom villas to seven bedroom villas, each with private pool and some with Jacuzzi and games rooms. We also have a range of two and three bedroom Florida Condos and Florida Townhouses set in beautiful gated communities with an array of extra amenities.
Everything you could possibly need is provided to make your stay in one of our luxury homes a memorable one. Each property is privately owned and furnished to the highest of standards and some have individual themed rooms.
All have fully fitted kitchens with every conceivable appliance, laundry facilities, some with games rooms and equipment including all towels and bedding. Some of our luxury homes are actually situated right on golf courses or very close to one, and all are within easy reach of Florida's top attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove and so much more.
We have homes available throughout Central and Southern Florida, The Gulf Coast, Florida Keys, The East Coast and throughout the Orlando and Kissimmee areas.
We can also arrange very competitive rates for Florida Car Hire should you require a car whilst on holiday, Discount Flights plus Theme Park Tickets to a wide range of attractions as well as the main theme parks.
We now offer Private Transfers from Orlando International. Orlando Sanford or Miami airports to Hotels, Villas, Shopping Malls and tourist locations throughout central Florida.

We work in partnership with "Visit Florida" not only to promote travel to Florida but to keep informed of legislation and all that is happening in the area. Membership is applied for and renewed annually and we have to meet certain criteria to satisfy the board that we are professional in all that we do when arranging Florida Villa rentals.
ASTA
We are members of ASTA the American Society of Travel Agents the American equivalent to ABTA here in the UK. Again we must adhere to strict rules and regulations to be a part of this association. We receive daily bulletins keeping us up to date with the very latest news as it happens and the vast knowledge and experience that we may call upon if we need to. We have access to a wealth of information at the touch of a button, that we are able to convey to our Florida Villa renters.
Visa Information
Being a British citizen enables us to visit the USA without the need to apply for a VISA. On our Florida Villa website we provide you with full information on the new ESTA system that is now in place. All visitors must now complete the Visa Waiver applications on line before arrival in the USA. At the end of the application process you are able to print off your "visa" and this is valid for three years.
Your Money is Safe with Us
Here at Your Florida Villa we operate a Trust Account where customers funds are held until transferred to suppliers. The account is controlled by an accountant and a solicitor. We also have in place Tour Operators Indemnity Insurance with Public and Product liability cover plus Supplier Failure Cover.
Car Rental
Check out our car rental. We can offer terrific rates throughout Florida including one way hire.
