We have been acting as villa rental agents for the past twelve years providing families with quality Villa accommodation throughout the Orlando area. We have seen so many changes over the years and the vast knowledge that we have of the area has grown year on year.
Today we offer one or two and three bedroom condos or town houses with luxurious communal facilities, and three to seven bedroom villas all with private pools and a variety of extra facilities to make your stay in Orlando a memorable one.
We do our utmost to ensure that the home you select is perfect for you. We ensure that every property listed conforms to the standards as stipulated by the CFVRMA (Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association) of whom we are members.
Over the last few years we have been accredited with a partnership to "Visit Florida" which is the government tourist board to both promote Florida to British tourists and also pass on a wealth of information to visitors to help them get the most out of what should be the holiday of a lifetime.
We are also members of ASTA the American Society of Travel Agents and as members we must follow strict codes of practice in all that we do. ASTA is considered to be the most superior travel association in the world when it comes to setting standards.
Finally we are members of the Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association; again our membership of this association is conditional that we abide by a strict code of conduct. Through this membership we are in contact with all recognised management companies and are able to act on behalf of our home owners to register any complaints they may have against a particular management company or indeed provide references for management companies should home owners wish to change.
