Location

Highgate Park is a prestigious holiday community located in a peaceful location with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area.

It is within close proximity to Disney, the other theme parks and with many championship golf courses nearby such as Highland Reserve, Southern Dunes, Orange Lakes, Celebration, and Ridgewood Lakes not to mention two Greg Norman designed courses at Championsgate.

Interstate 4 is just 5 minutes away, providing a direct route to Tampa and the Gulf Coast to the west and Orlando and Daytona to the east. The 192 is a mile or two away with it's abundance of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Property

The open plan living areas are furnished to the highest standard, air-conditioned and comfortably accommodating, to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full. With subtle lighting, facilities include cable TV, DVD, and CD hi-fi. For the children, there is a Playstation and for the parents, a selection of DVD movies.

Whether you prefer formal dining at the table or a quick snack at the breakfast area, there is adequate seating for all guests. Should you wish to eat in, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern conveniences - including: large fridge freezer, dishwasher, large oven and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

Aside from the kitchen, laundry facilities include a washing-machine and dryer.

The property hosts a master bedroom, two twin bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a huge king-size bed, accommodating furnishings and lighting, separate TV and telephone, with it's own en-suite shower room and patio doors providing access to the pool area.

The twin bedrooms have TV's and there is a common bathroom and shower room. This is conveniently located alongside.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with adequate cupboard and wardrobe space.

Spare linens and all towels are provided.

Fully screened, with a fantastic private pool, providing all the peace and quiet you need to chill-out and relax. However, in the hot Florida sun, should you wish to cool down and go for a swim, the pool ranges in depth up to 6 feet, has a separate bathing shelf/seat and steps.

There is ample pool furniture alongside, with separate table and chairs under the cooling lanai with ceiling fan.

Also, what is better on a warm Floridian evening that bringing out the barbecue, lighting up the pool and having a drink or two?

Should you wish to swim during the cooler months, pool heating is available at an additional cost.

If you decide not to visit the parks every day, make use of our fantastic games room. Play a game of pool, darts or air hockey. Whatever your preference we are sure there is something for you.

Alternatively, for the more energetic, why not have a game of tennis? The Community has their own tennis courts and a play area for the children.

With Walt Disney World attractions only a 15 minutes away, the property is an excellent base, ideal for returning to for a mid-afternoon lunch to chill out before hitting the outlets and fantastic shopping that the area has to offer.
