Thousand Oaks is a semi-residential community on the county road 54 just East of its junction with the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Road ). The major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom , Blizzard Beach, MGM studios and Downtown Disney resorts are less than a 15-minute drive, Champions Gate shopping ,Restaurants and Golf complex are approx 5 min drive North.
The 192 with all its attractions and restaurants are also within a few minutes drive, we also have restaurants, take away, Publics grocery shopping, a liquor store and Bank within a three-minute drive. Conveniently placed for Interstate 4, which provides easy access to Sea World , Universal Studio’s Kennedy Space centre and Daytona Beach to the East, Bush Gardens and the Gulf Coast resorts to the West , all of which are approx 1 hour drive .There are also a number of very high quality golf courses just 5 minutes away and a private fishing lake (residents and guests only) within a three minute walk

We understand that vacations are precious times spent with family and friends, which is why we have gone to great length to provide the very best amenities and upgraded extras for your enjoyment.
The property has four bedrooms, two master with en-suite bathrooms, two large bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is a double garage, separate laundry room , fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room and family room. It has its own heated swimming pool, patio and barbecue area and backs onto conservation land which offers complete privacy.
All living space is fully air-conditioned ,wireless internet throughout and alarmed for your comfort and security. On entry, the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness and is considered suitable for a disabled person.
Kitchen & Dining
Our attractive, modern, fully equipped, open plan kitchen with breakfast table and additional casual seating has been designed and stocked to provide you with all the convenience of home. It features every possible labour saving device including a large cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender and a vast assortment of pots, pans, plates, cups, knives and forks.
And with all those mouths to feed, you’ll never run out of food storage space with our generously proportioned kitchen units.
The main dining room overlooks an attractive private garden area to the side of the property. The oversized dining table which comfortably seats up to eight guests, will ensure that any meal will be served with flair. Bon Appetite !
Utility Room
Finally, to make certain you and the family always look your best, we have installed top of the range washers and dryers to take care of your day to day laundry needs. There is also a quality iron and ironing board to ensure you are always looking sharp, and a handy vacuum cleaner in case of any accidental spills. And to ensure you don’t spend your valuable vacation time wondering about the best places to visit, we have provided a huge amount of local information in a handy Welcome Folder.

Pool Master Suite - Features a Queen size bed, dressed as you would expect with quality linens, a large white wood dresser, matching bedside tables and ample drawer space. The room has cable TV, clock radio, two large closets, Matching table lamps all for your convenience, there is a separate entrance from the bedroom leading directly onto the pool deck. Full en suite facilities include a walk in wardrobes a luxurious shower, spacious tub, w.c., and his and hers washbasins with additional storage beneath.
Master Suite Two - This tasteful room features a Queen size bed, cable TV, clock radio, two large closets, chest of drawers, and matching bedside cabinets, complete with bedside lamps ~ perfect for curling up with a good bedtime read ! Full en suite facilities include a luxurious shower, spacious tub, w.c., and his and hers wash basins with additional storage beneath.
Bedroom Three - offers you a couple of twin beds. This large bedroom has clock radio and dresser as well as a spacious closet.
Bedroom Four - offers you a couple of twin beds. This large bedroom has clock radio and dresser as well as a spacious closet.
Bathroom Three - Supplys both Bedrooms Three and Four which as a spacious tub, w.c., and has a wash basin with additional storage beneath.

All of our beautifully styled bathrooms are spotlessly clean, delightfully presented and have the added advantage of providing hair dryers and copious amounts of quality towels.

Our superb single storey house is pleasantly situated on one of the larger plots in a quiet cul-de-sac backing on to wooded conservation land.
