The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, cyber Internet room, and a video arcade. There is even a Tiki bar outside on the pool deck, childrens playground, a sand volleyball court, tennis centre, and a 18 acre nature trail to enjoy.
Security As Emerald Island is a secure gated community you can be sure that you are located in a very safe and secure resort. 24 hours gate security checks the incoming and outgoing of every guest and visitor.

The Villa
This exquisitely-styled home is equipped with everything the discerning vacationer should require. Tinkerbells Retreat is equipped with every appliance and convenience you would need for that perfect stress free vacation
The is a main gathering room to the rear this is equipped with large 48"+ HDTV Television, DVD player and play station 2 there is High Speed wireless Internet access for those that need it. At the front there is also a formal lounge and dining area,
Furnishings The most popular observation we get from our guests is how beautifully furnished the home is. We worked closely with an interior designer and used high quality furnishings and fabrics throughout the home. The result is not only very attractive, but practical and comfortable too. There is plenty of storage space and the feeling of luxury as well as space can be felt throughout the home. To add to the flexibility there is a pull out sleeper sofa in the formal lounge.
Dual Air Conditioning The home is equipped with Dual Air Conditioning and Hot Air Heating. The temperature is set independently for both floors ensuring the home remains at a constant comfortable temperature. Every room is air conditioned and additional ceiling fans in every bedroom; the gathering room and formal lounge provide further air circulation and cooling when required.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 2 King-and 1 Queen size beds in the three master ensuite bedrooms in addition there is 1 queen-size bed and 6 twin beds in the remaining 4 bedrooms two of these bedrooms are themed with Mickey Mouse and Tinkerbells furnishings these are shared with 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs also there are hair dryers are in every main bathroom
Kitchen
The kitchen is bristling with the latest kitchen appliances top of the range; icemaker fridge. There is a dishwasher; electric oven, electric can opener; large bagel style toaster; coffee machine, electric kettle, blender and pots & pans plates glasses and cutlery.
Laundry Room
We have a laundry room with full facilities include large capacity washer and dryer and Iron and Ironing board.
Pool & Spa south facing
This amazing villa has one of the largest private pools on Emerald Isle 34 feet x 12 feet and has an adjoining 8 person heated spa.
We have the Beautiful south-facing views that look onto a Woodland and Waterside Conservation Area can be enjoyed from the extended pool deck and covered lanai. We also have added security of a pool fence to safeguard small children venturing out to the pool from the villa.
Entertainment
Apart from the obvious entertainments that central Florida has to offer, it is often nice to relax in the home and take in a movie or enjoy some family fun with a board game or the PS/2. Tinkerbells Retreat' is equipped with a range of board games and the PS/2 and home entertainment systems are there to be enjoyed whenever you wish. Unfortunately, we can not provide DVD's or PS/2 games and recommend that guests bring a selection of their own.
In addition to this, there is a Large Games room providing a Full size Pool Table; Air Hockey & Dart Board your stay at our villa you are unlikely to be short of something to do!
TV, DVD and High Speed Internet As stated above, the home is equipped with TVs and DVDs in every bedroom. In the gathering room you will find a 48"+ Rear Projection TV System . This assures you an excellent picture and high quality sound whether watching a DVD or one of the 35+ cable TV channels also there is High Speed Wireless Internet Connection.

Parking The driveway outside Tinkerbells has parking for 2 oversize mini vans or up to 4 compact cars. There is additional parking in the street. The garage can not be used for vehicles as it accommodates the games room.
