Location
Indian Ridge is located in West Kissimmee 3 miles southwest of Walt Disney World Resort.
Located in the countryside, Indian Ridge has a community park, tennis court, playground and swimming pool with cabana.
With easy access to all of the parks via US192 and I4, SeaWorld and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are only 18-25 miles away. Kennedy Space station on the Atlantic coast or St Pete's area on the Gulf coast are approx 75 miles.
Orlando International is 20 miles and Sanford is 55 miles, both easy to get using Central Florida Greenway 428.
Property
3 bedroom 2 bathroom single storey villa, south facing solar heat assisted pool set in a fenced garden with a forested area to the rear providing total privacy. Gas heating for the cooler months is available as an optional extra.
Our three bedroom, two bathroom villa is air conditioned and has the addition of ceiling fans. The villa is furnished, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a high standard with two living and two dining areas. The house stands on a larger than average plot of 9600 square feet and comfortably accommodates six adults. A cot, highchair and pushchair are also provided free of charge should there be a child in your party.
There are two televisions, two DVD players and a hi-fi with a selection of films and CDs. The house is protected by a 24/7 monitored security system and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and there is a security safe. The double garage has internal access and an electrically operated door.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic icemaker/chilled filtered water dispensers, microwave, coffee maker, waste disposal etc.
Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided.
The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Utilities, local, national and international telephone calls and a cleaning service on departure are included.
Enjoy the privacy of the 30ft, south facing, solar heat assisted, fully screened pool, which is in a fenced garden backed by trees. The deck is spacious, with a large covered patio area which offers shade, and has comfortable poolside furniture including chairs, tables and sunloungers.
The family room and informal dining area has two sofas, television, DVD, Hi-Fi/CD
player and ceiling fan.
The front lounge has two three seater sofas, armchair, television and DVD.
There is a selection of dvd films, music cd's, books and games.
The family room has a valued ceiling and is open plan with easy access to all other rooms and is a relaxing and comfortable area.
The separate and more formal dining area seats six.
Both twin bedrooms are adjacent to the second bathroom, have fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space, ceiling fan and radio alarm clock.
The spacious master bedroom has a telephone and a ceiling fan for your comfort and overlooks the pool and rear garden.
The en-suite bathroom has walk-in shower, twin vanity units, bath and large dressing room.
