This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa with private heated and screened pool is centrally located in the pristine, gated residential resort of Lake Berkley, Kissimmee. Close to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal with easy access to Highway 192. This family friendly, roomy and airy villa is well equipped and stylishly decorated to a very high standard. Local shops and restaurants are just minutes away. Peaceful Lake Berkley Resort, with its 24 hour manned security gate and community facilities, is an ideal location for those with children of all ages. The resort boasts a clubhouse with games room, exercise room, internet access and community swimming pools. Other Lake Berkley attractions include a fully stocked, spring fed fishing lake, fishing pier, sandy sun beach, two well equipped children's playgrounds (one covered), tennis court, volleyball and basketball facilities, and walking and cycle paths. There is a pool bar which opens during peak seasons. Welcome packs available on request.

Property

This family friendly, roomy and airy villa is well equipped and stylishly decorated to a high standard. As the parents of a young family, we welcome children. Two bedrooms have been specifically decorated to appeal to little ones. All internal doors exiting to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. We provide a cot and high chair at no additional charge. Cable TV is provided to all bedrooms. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and central heating via the air-conditioning system. Local telephone calls are included. Internet facilities are available at the community clubhouse. Pool heating is not usually required during the summer months. During the spring, autumn and winter months pool heating is recommended.
