Location
Crescent Lakes is a beautiful quiet development, with a mixture of residential and rental properties. It is located just off Poincianna Boulevard, on which there are a number of sub-divisions, or estates, each containing around 60 to 100 properties.
Our homes are situated on one of these sub-divisions, which is approx. 2 miles south of Highway 17/92 and close to Highway 192. It is less than 10 minutes from the 192 and Kissimmee, with all its' shops and restaurants

The rear window offers a superb view over the swimming pool and deck area, and the view down the tranquil lake is unsurpassed in the late evening, as the sun goes down.
The ensuite consists of 'his' and 'hers' vanity sinks, extra lighting, huge oval bath tub, walk in shower and a separate toilet area. All towels and face clothes are provided.
