Location
Emerald Island Resort is a brand new gated community just 5 minutes from Disney's main gate.
On your arrival you will drive up the beautiful palm lined entrance to the security gates.
Just beyond this is water plaza complete with playful dolphin fountains and the club house with all its many facilities.
Facilities include Tennis, Sauna, Tiki bar, Internet room, Volley ball, Pool and spa, Nature walks.
Property
This fantastic 4 bedroom/3bathroom villa has everything that you will need for a vacation of a lifetime.
Fully air conditioned and equipped to a high standard to ensure your comfort during your stay.
We provide all towels and bedding, you will only need your personal belongings.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both twin rooms and share a 3rd bathroom.
One of the rooms has a Disney theme for the little ones. Both the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes.
Below are two of the three bathrooms available in the home. The third bathroom is in the main master bedroom and has a large walk in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool deck.
The home has 2 double bedrooms ( Below ), both have en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes.
The main master bedroom (left) also has a 22" flat screen TV and a ceiling fan and a safe.
The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom also has a door leading to the pool area.
The home has 2 dining areas and plenty of room for a family meal.
There is a fully fitted kitchen that has all the comforts of home.
It has a large oven, microwave, large fridge with ice maker, dish washer, the list goes on. We even have a washer and dryer.
The comfortable lounge area has 2 sofas one of which is a pull out sofa bed which enables the villa to sleep up to 10 guests.
For your entertainment there is a Playstation 3 + games.A 42" plasma TV in family room.
All bedroom have 22" flat screen TVs Also provided are a selection of videos and games for the children
The pool area is probably the place where a lot of your spare time will be spent after a hard day in the parks.
It has a large extended deck and a heated screened (24' X 12') pool. Heating is optional.
The pool also has a safety screen round it to prevent small children falling in. (not shown on photos) All doors leading to the pool area have door alarms fitted to prevent the children opening these doors without you knowing. We also provide some pool floats etc for you to use. (usually in the garage.)
Just out side the pool screen is a charcoal BBQ grill for those who like the outdoor life.
To help our disabled guests we have ramp access into the home.
The villa has a games room with Billiard table and Foosball.
We now have WIFI internet. You just need your laptop.
For families with small children we have a cot/crib, highchair and stroller available at no charge
