Property

Our home is furnished in the Floridian style, is spacious and comfortable ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the theme parks, it is carpeted in most of the rooms and has vaulted ceilings.

In the lounge or family room we have three comfortable Sofas and love seat to relax on while watching our rear projection Tv with over 200 variable channels, or you could watch a DVD perhaps listen to music on our hi-fi system, for the computer buff browse the Internet using our free wireless system.

Our dining room has a large glass dining table with six matching chairs additional seating in the kitchen nook.

The kitchen is fully equiped with all essential cutlery and crockery for ten people, we have a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, main oven , food blender, coffee maker, kettle and tea pot.

In our utility room we have a washing machine and tumble dryer , iron and board.

Our garage has been turned into a games room with American pool , air-hockey and foosball tables , tennis rackets and balls provided for the free community tennis courts .

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV and telephone an alarm clock is also provided. A ceiling fan is fitted to aid in cooling. In the en-suite we have matching hand basins , a large corner bath and a walk-in shower , there is also a wc and walk-in wardrobe.

The third bedroom we have twin single beds with matching furniture and cable TV and built in wardrobe.A ceiling fan is fitted to aid in cooling.

Bedroom four is the kids room with a double/single bunk bed with cable Tv and matching furniture.

To the rear of our home we have the pool and patio areas, our pool is south facing 27ft x 17ft with a childs pool attached, there is also a Hot-tub/Spa with ample tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the sun.
