Rolling Hills offers peaceful streets and cul-de-sacs with little traffic to disturb your stay. There are clean sidewalks and wide roads with easy access to the nearby shops and restaurants on Highway 192 at Formosa Gardens Mall. The area enjoys a mixture of owner occupied and vacation rental properties, so the area is an ideal and safe location for families and is one of the most popular regions for holiday rentals. The temperature varies from about 70°F (21°C) from December to March and rises to about 95°F (32°C) from June until September.

The numerous local golf courses, including the championship course at Disney, are within a few minutes drive. The nearest supermarket and bank are less than a mile away so you'll be able to maintain your cold drink supply for those warm days spent relaxing by the pool.
