Ideally located within a few minutes of the I4 and the 192 for easy commuting to all the attractions. Windsor palms is a 5* executive gated resort with lots of amenities such as, gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, baseball courts, play area, communal swimming pool and jacuzzi, business centre, bbq areas and a supplies store. For a small charge, there is a shuttle to/from the main attractions.

Property

The villa is beautifully furnished and presented, with a king sized master bedroom with en-suite, cable tv and pool access. Bedroom two is queen sized, also en-suite with cable tv. the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, cable tv and share the third bathroom. The comfortably furnished living area has cable tv, playstation2, stereo and video. There is an informal dining area overlooking the pool, and a more formal one in a quiet nook.The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, all pans, dishes and cutlery etc. there is a laundry area with washer and dryer. The games room with ceiling fans, has a pooltable, airhockey and foozball.

The pool area offers sun from dawn until early evening and has a privacy screen. Pool side BBQ to enhance your enjoyment and plenty of patio furniture and we're just 3 minutes walk to the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf course

This is an extremely well equipped home with many upgrades rarely found elsewhere as well as air conditioning, Games Room with Pool table, Foosball & airhockey Tables.

Cable TV with VCR player and playstation2 in the family room and all four bedrooms bedrooms have cable TV.

King Size Bed in the 1st Master bedroom and a Queen Size bed in the 2nd Master bedroom, both master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We have Two further twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. all bedrooms have plenty of closet/storage space.
