Location
Tuscan Ridge is a community nestled among mature orange groves and is conveniently located just off HWY 27 on the western side of Kissimmee. The community is very close to the new Champions Gate 36 hole golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus). HWY I4 is only minutes away and allows you quick access to all the attractions. Tuscan Ridge also offers guests private tennis courts and a childrens play area.
Publix is the nearest super market located north on Highway 27, only 2 minutes from our villa. There is a large Wal*Mart some 10 minutes drive south on Highway 27.
The villa on Tuscan Ridge is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime, Disney theme parks are less than 15 minutes away.
Property
Living Area
To the front property there is a large living room and formal dining room with a six seated dining table. Relax in the luxury of the 3 piece suite with the enjoyment of cable T.V and PlayStation 2 with a selection of games. To the rear of the property is a family room with the luxury of a 3 piece suite cable T.V, DVD player and music system. Access to the pool and patio area is by patio doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment required for your enjoyable Florida holiday. This includes a full size oven and hob, microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking and eating utensils. There is also a laundry cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
Dining Area
A separate dining area with large dining table just in case mum decides to do some cooking but when all those wonderful restaurants surround you there's not much chance of that.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, two walk in wardrobes, t.v., and the luxury of en suite shower ,bath, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin single bedded rooms with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, two wash hand basins, a large bath and separate toilet. There are a further two bathrooms with bath and shower facilities, wash hand basin and toilet. All towels and bed linen are provided
Pool Deck Area
Extended pool deck area with a south facing pool so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. Sunbeds and patio furniture provided.
