This is a well maintained villa in a very private location. The pool area is not overlooked and there is a large sunbathing area around the pool. There are all the essential amenities close by and the villa itself is fully equipped right down to provided beach towels. All 3 bedrooms are very large.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a large closet and en-suite shower and bath; Bedroom 2 also has a large walk in closet and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3; Bedroom 3 has a built in double wardrobe. All bedrooms are very large. A cot is available if required.

The kitchen is superbly equipped and the lounge/dining area is fully tiled with Italian tiles and all furnishings are of excellent quality.

Busch Gardens is only 40 mins away and Orlando is about 1.5 hrs but is a very easy drive.

The coastal regions of Clearwater and St Petersburgh are about 50 minutes away down the new Suncoast Parkway which is only 5 mins from the villa.
