We have been acting as agents renting Florida Villas on behalf of owners for the past twelve years, we have a passion for Florida and know the area inside out.
Over the last few years we have been accredited with a partnership to ‘Visit Florida’ which is the government tourist board to both promote Florida to British tourists and also pass on a wealth of information to visitors to help them get the most out of what should be the holiday of a lifetime.
By adding your villa to this website you avail yourself to all the knowledge and information that is made available to us from these organisations including the latest legislations that take place thousands of miles from your home here in the UK.
It does not cost you one penny to advertise your property. The process is simple, from this page you can continue to list your villa in three easy stages, on the following page you enter your contact details that are hidden from public view. You are then taken to a page showing our terms and conditions for home owners, at the end of that page you either agree or disagree, if you disagree your entry is removed from our system, if you agree you proceed to the final page where you add your property.
Once we receive your application we check the listing before making it live on the system, you can edit the information and images at any time, just remember each time you make changes it comes up for checking again before going live.
As we offer a ‘live booking system’ it is important that you keep your date sheet up to date at all times
We handle the entire booking for you from start to finish, once we have a booking we confirm to the both parties we collect a 20% deposit, our booking fee is 10% and we deduct that from the deposit and transfer the rest to your bank account, eight weeks before departure we collect the balance and again transfer to your bank, along with a security deposit of £200 which is held in a trust account until seven days of return in-case any damage should be reported.
We attend to all paperwork, cover all bank and postal charges and all advertising costs, which at present include around £1200 a week on Google and other internet advertising plus newspapers and magazines.
